BlueHost also offers toll free customer support. As with any other level of support the goal of the toll free support is to offer superb customer care at all times.  Different phone numbers are provided to ensure that anyone with questions or concerns can reach the appropriate department.  Both technical and sales support are available 24/7 by calling the toll free phone numbers listed on the Contact Us page of the website.   

The help center page at blue host connects customers with the support ticket system making it a snap to contact customer support.  This page also offers a knowledgebase of answers to frequently asked questions.  In some cases, a customer can find an answer to a common question without even needing to contact customer support. 

Customers can also access their account information from the Help Center Page.  They can sign in to their account in order to make changes to biographical and related information. 

BlueHost offers 24/7 customer support to their customers as well as to individuals with presales questions.  They have made it part of their motto to offer superb customer care.  Customer support has been designed to offer friendly and reliable solutions when problems arise.  The support staff is always ready to answer sales and general questions as well.  Customer Support is only ever a click or a phone call away!
