Bluehost is currently using Cpanel 11 as their control panel. Cpanel is the most popular control panel for linux based hosts. Some large hosts such as ipowerweb have created their own control panels but in my experience they are often buggy and unreliable.
Cpanel 11 has a much improved interface to CPanel 10 and is extremely easy to use. Bluehost has also put a very nice surprise surprise, Blue skin on teh cPanel to match their website and company logo.
Bluehost also provides adequate help to beginners in uisng the control panel. However the fact is unless your are using advanced features, you will most probably not be logging into the control panel that often.
